Strawberry Jam
with Manuka Honey
Directions:
1. Place the strawberry, sugar, honey,
and lemon juice in a large sauce pan.
2. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring
to combine as the sugar melts.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and
cook until thickened, about 45-50 mins.
4. Be sure to stir the pan often to prevent sticking
and/or burning, especially as the mixture thickens.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Cool completely.
6. Store the jam in an air tight container
in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Ingredients:
• 900g Korean
Strawberry
• 1/3 cup of Sugar
• 1/2 cup
Manuka Honey
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

Direction:
1. Wash your face with your chosen cleanser
2. Mash ½ a ripe avocado in a bowl
3. Add 1 tablespoon of UMF 5+ Mānuka honey
4. Add ½ teaspoon of squeezed lemon juice
5. Mix Well
6. Apply and leave for 20mins
7. Rinse thoroughly and glow.
