The coconut type is also very popular, having universal use in the kitchen and cosmetics. But you can also try lesser-known variants of this product, which are made from flax seeds, pumpkin, thistles, corn, or sesame seeds. It only depends on whether you care about a healthy diet and whether you want to experiment.
